We founded Palazzo Homes because we believed there was an opportunity to create a homebuilding organization that was unique and better: one that cared about quality more than quantity; one that was open and friendly to its customers; one that brought fresh design and ideas to our market; and one that homebuyers could trust.

One of the ways we accomplish these objectives is to limit the number of homes we build each year. This allows us to concentrate on the details and quality better than the larger, high-volume builders.

Another way we meet these objectives is through our experience. Our combined experience includes almost twenty years of building contracting, home sales, financial management, and ownership/management of residential and commercial projects.
